You Will Get:

• Event day coordination & oversight.
• 2 Wedding Coordinators on site.
• Oversee vendor’s setup and teardown.
• Lay out all place cards, table numbers, and favors.
• Ensure the venue is kept in good condition. throughout the event day
• Guest welcoming, accreditation, and coordination.
• Bridal party management.
• Maintain and coordinate the agenda and timeline of the event toast first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.).
• Provide bride and groom VIP services.
• Coordination of grand exit.
• Vendor Management.
• Arrange for gifts and ceremony/reception items to be moved from reception to designated car.

Other Information

• Accommodation is to be provided to coordinators for events past 11 pm.
• Outside Lagos: an additional cost of N100,000. The client will cover the team’s logistics and accommodation.
• Outside Nigeria: an additional cost of N450,000. The client will cover the team’s flight tickets and accommodation.
